I'm very excited that I finally own a bucket bag! After months and months of lusting after the Staud one and the few other brands that sell similar bags, I have at last found an incredible reasonably priced one. This black faux leather bag with cream contrast stitching is from Mango. I saw it on their 'new in' and went to the store straight away. Annoyingly I couldn't find it so asked a super helpful lady who checked in the stock room for me as they hadn't been released in store yet. For a mere £36 (with cross body strap) you get all the Staud vibes without the three hundred pound price tag.
I had this outfit in mind to photograph with this bag so I was super chuffed that it actually looked good when I tried it on, (I'm forever planning outfits in my head that when I try on, look horrendous!) I've paired it with my new Old Skool Vans I picked up from Free People. I've been wanting a beige trainer with a gum sole for ages and after wearing my black vans at least 4 times a week, every week I thought it'd be good to have a change up. Keeping to the beige / tan theme, a colour palette I'm loving so much at the moment, I'm wearing a caramel beret that rarely leaves my head and covers my roots perfectly! A blazer I was gifted last year from Unique 21, some vintage Calvin Klein jeans and a very old school topshop cream jumper.
If you've found an 'designer inspired' handbags lately, do let me know!
Hope you all have a lovely Sunday and a great start to your working week tomorrow
