Hello, good morning, good afternoon and good evening (depending on what time you’re reading this!). I haven’t done a chatty blog post in a while and I’m not even sure what there is to natter about, but here we are! I posted this dress on my stories a couple weeks ago (gifted from Free People) and so many people went mad for it! I always find the pieces I’m unsure on go down the best. I love this linen green number but it is incredibly short (I’m almost 6ft and I’m wearing an XS) and any movement that involved lifting up my arms is a no go! Nonetheless, I will be wearing this dress at any given opportunity. I’ve worn it a few times now with little hot pants just to cover any mishaps (walking up tube escalators etc.) and at festivals so that sitting crossed legged on the grass is easy!
I especially love this dress with trainers, I love anything paired with trainers. I walk everywhere so I always need practical shoes, I’ve got nerve damage in my toe so I’m trying best I can to support it and hope the feeling comes back soon!
Whilst I’m the blonde-est I’ve been in a long time my poor hair is so damaged, I’m blaming 6 days at Glastonbury for sun damage on it as well as god knows how much bleach! I’ve been reading into UV protection for your hair and honestly don’t know why I haven’t been doing this already. Bleached hair is so susceptible to the sun and even though it’s raining right now I’ve got about 4 tabs open on my laptop trying to find a good UV protection spray. If anyone already knows a good one, please shout it out my way!
Something else I’m also loving is a bag brand called Nunoo! If you follow my instagram you’ll know I haven’t shut up about them and now own three bags, excessive but not enough! Amazingly two of the bags have been gifted (via TBC Agency and Zalando) which I am ever grateful for. Nunoo, if you ever need an ambassador, I’m your girl!
Their bags are so great, they only have a few designs but lots of sizes and fabrics which means you just can’t stop yourself until you have them all!
Going back to Glastonbury chat because quite frankly I am still living in a dream world and still not ready to fully accept reality. I got incredibly sunburnt on the first day of Glasto, which I would not recommend, but after layer upon layers of aftersun and moisturiser I have managed to keep the tan! Even though I’m fair haired/skinned I have been able to build up the tan over the last few months which is so good. I suffer with bad acne which always flares up more in the winter so I always feel the more sun I get in the summer the more my skin will be good in the winter, or maybe I just need to take a hot holiday in the colder months to counteract my acne!
